Christopher Rauh is an ATRAE Distinguished Researcher at the IAE (CSIC) and Professor of Economics and Data Science at the University of Cambridge. He is also also a Fellow of Trinity College Cambridge, Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona School of Economics, Associate Senior Researcher at PRIO, and a Research Affiliate at CEPR, HCEO, and IZA. For his research Christopher design surveys and analyze unstructured data using machine learning. He is co-founder and co-director of conflictforecast.org and EconAI, and has conducted multiple projects with the FCDO, German Foreign Office, and IMF. He is an Associate Editor at the Economic Journal and has published in Economics and Political Science journals, such as American Political Science Review, Journal of European Economic Association, and Journal of Public Economics. His work has been featured widely across the media including The Guardian, Washington Post, the Economist, the BBC, FAZ, and Der Spiegel. He is  listed amongst the top 1% of Economists in terms of research output in the last ten years.
