Elwin Huaman is a Research Engineer at Cambridge University’s Centre for Human-Inspired AI (CHIA). With background in Web Engineering and Digital Information Systems, his primary research focuses on the intersection of Semantic Web technologies, Knowledge Graphs, and Computational Linguistics, with a particular emphasis on building knowledge base ecosystems for Under-Resourced Languages (URLs) and Digitally Disadvantaged Languages (DDLs). He is also the co-author of the book Knowledge Graphs: Methodology, Tools and Selected Use Cases and is actively involved in projects that apply community-led participatory action research.
