About

Katie Seaborn is an Associate Fellow at CHIA and an incoming Associate Professor of Human-Computer Interaction and Critical Computing in the Department of Computer Science and Technology (CST) at the University of Cambridge. They are currently National University Associate Professor at Institute of Science Tokyo and will hold a guest position from February. They are Director of the Aspirational Computing Lab. They received their Ph.D. in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering with a focus on Human Factors and a Collaborative Specialization in Knowledge Media Design from the University of Toronto in 2016.
