Steven Watson is an Associate Professor in Transdisciplinary Studies at the University of Cambridge Faculty of Education, and a Fellow of Wolfson College. He is also the co-founder of Cambridge EdgeLab, a Cambridge-based research ecology, and the Cambridge Global Knowledge Nexus, a consultancy and knowledge-transfer venture focussed on the potential of generative AI. An interdisciplinary researcher, Steven is particularly interested in how organisations learn, how knowledge systems evolve, and how people navigate the tensions between institutional expectations and lived experience.
